Presentation
The University of Vigo HealthyFit Group is a research team dedicated to the study of physical exercise as a means to improve health in different groups of the population.
Members belong to various different public and private institutions where they carry out their teaching and research work.
The main research laboratory is located at the Faculty of Education and Sports Science, on the A Xunqueira campus in Pontevedra
